Shipping methods
We ship Camso parts and track systems to all Canadian provinces. We do not ship to territories. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure your order arrives in a timely and convenient manner. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, and the destination. Please note that there are oversize shipping cost for track systems. You can view the estimated shipping and oversized cost during the checkout process before finalizing your order.
For track systems ordered online, a signature is required upon delivery. The carrier will call the day before to confirm delivery. If no one is available to receive and sign on the delivery day, the track system will be returned and additional delivery fees will be applied.
The shipping date shown on the website is the estimated standard shipping time of 3-9 business days, available for domestic orders only.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier used, as well as other factors beyond our control.
Order processing
We strive to process and ship all Camso Original Parts and track systems as quickly as possible. Orders placed on business days will usually be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so that you can track your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.

Method of payment
We accept payment by Interac, Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. Your billing information must exactly match what appears on your credit card billing statement. Otherwise, we cannot process the order.
Camso offers secured payment via an SSL-encrypted form.
The sales tax will be added to your order total during checkout.

Yes, we take care of the delivery and the unloading while you can relax. Track systems are delivered by a truck equipped with a tailgate to unload it safely and efficiently from the pallet.
Yes, truck freight shipments come with a tracking number, just like smaller packages shipped via UPS or other carriers. You can easily track your shipment online.
You only need to be present for the delivery if you order a track system online. Track system orders require a signature on delivery.
Yes, it’s possible to change the delivery address while the shipment is in transit. However, doing so may cause delays.
Yes, all online track system orders are delivered with tailgate service, allowing for easy unloading at ground level without the need for a forklift.
You may contact the freight company directly to reschedule your delivery. They will assist you in arranging a new time. Please note that if no one is available at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for any additional delivery attempts or fees.
